My best anti aging advice is - try to achieve inner harmony. Getting old is one of the main problems that people face during their life; this is a big issue especially for women. I am a woman of 45, and at this age women need care more than before.
I have tried many anti-aging diets and here are my anti-aging secrets:

Though I've never adopted a formal diet, one of my keys to a healthy lifestyle is avoiding processed foods. Both my family and myself have always cooked meals from scratch as much as possible, and avoided eating foods with ingredients and chemicals which we can't pronounce.
There were of course some lapses in this diet and the results were noticeable. For instance, when I went to college I often didn't have the time to cook my own meals and had to rely on cafeteria food which was often made from processed ingredients, after a week or so of eating cafeteria food I'd notice a drop in energy levels and I'd often feel fatigued and mentally slow.
Once I had a bit more time and went back to my own cooking, my body felt a lot better after a few days.
Overall I don't follow much of a diet plan other than "keep it natural", I tend to go a bit heavy on the meats and sometimes when I'll skip vegetables entirely for a day. But between my diet, staying active, and getting as much sleep as I can I must be doing something right, I'm in my mid 30's and liquor store clerks still ask to check my ID.

I always follow a three day detox diet every two months.
After the detox process, the result shows not only on my health but also makes the skin glow.
I lead a stress free life. I eat sensibly and start my day with a glass of warm water mixed with one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon lemon. I drink plenty of liquids in the form of juice, tea, soup and water to maintain hydration. I eat two proper meals a day with light snacks in between. Breakfast is the main meal of the day. I have lots of salads in the form of cucumber, carrot, lettuce and blanched spinach during the lunch hour. These have antioxidants which are very essential to protect the skin.
I always use a good quality sunscreen with a sun protection factor of 40 before going out in the sun. Eating a balanced healthy diet strengthens the immunity system. I go for regular walking and take adequate rest for 7 hours daily.
